2-night Stay in New York (February 14-16)

Affordable 2-night stay during New York Fashion Week, for the nights of Friday and Saturday (February 14th and 15th).

The fee includes a $75 security deposit. It will be refunded on Monday, February 17th.

Apartment in Queens, at 30th St and Broadway.  Close to the Broadway Subway Station. A 15-minute ride to Manhattan.

Female models only. Only 4 people.

You will have your own bed. The bathroom is shared.

Check-in: 5 pm, Friday, February 14th

Check-out: 10 am, Sunday, February 16th

After receiving your application, we will email you the exact address and instructions to enter the place.

By booking your stay, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are not allowed to bring any guests any time of the day and on any day of my stay. Guests are not allowed overnight and they are not allowed for visits during the day neither, regardless of the duration of their visit. You understand that bringing a guest will result in your removal from the place immediately
• You agree not to enter or exit the place between midnight and 7 am. The front door will be locked during these times
• You are responsible for the damages you cause to the place. You agree to pay for the damages I cause to the property including furniture, equipment, and building.
• You agree that a camera facing the front door may be recording at all times.
• You are not allowed to smoke in the place
• You agree to follow additional rules stated by Fashion Republic Staff, including the coordination of your check-in/check-out times, daily arrival/departure times, and keeping the place clean and organized
